Windows

 Remove all UPREP printers from your device -  Control panel -> device and printers -> right click on printer and remove device.  

  1. Then click this link:   https://printserver01.universityprep.org:9192/print-deploy/client-setup/windows.html
  2. Click on – ADVANCED and then click proceed.
  3. Click Download
  4. Install the software. 
  5. Login with your email (type it) (do not select google sign in)
  6. and check the “don’t ask again” box.
  7. Use your printers as normal and you may have to select the printer in the print preview page.

 

MacOS

In System Settings remove all UPREP printers from your device.

  1. Then click this link:   https://printserver01.universityprep.org:9192/print-deploy/client-setup/macos.html
  2. Click on – ADVANCED and then click proceed.
  3. Click Download
  4. Install the software. 
  5. Login with your email (type it) (do not select google sign in)
  6. and check the “don’t ask again” box.
  7. Use your printers as normal and you may have to select the printer in the print preview page.
