If your device did not automatically get the certificate because it is not managed then you can go through the manual steps (link below) to set it up.
If the device is UPrep owned come to the tech office so we can help you get it managed properly so it receives all the security policies.
The link below will give you the steps to manually go through the download of the app to install the cert to connect to wifi (new certificate based authentication).

Guest Wifi
The guest wifi uses a static password (will be changed periodically) that we will place here for staff reference to give to guests. The QR code can be scanned/printed out posted etc.
