Either download the client from their site directly or connect to the remote server via browser (https://remote.universityprep.org) and the detection will give an option to download it from the app store (or download directly from app store). (Install version 16.5) VIDEO HERE
After downloading and installing add a new connection if it wasn't added automatically. VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS HERE
Click OK, login with your UPrep email address and password.
Then double click on the app you want to use.
