If you cannot to login to wifi or print after failing to login multiple times; your account might be locked out.
If your account is locked out it will automatically unlock after 10 minutes. If you would like to unlock your account faster follow the steps below or go to the Tech office.
1. Open web browser on a device that has access to the internet.
2. go to: myapps.microsoft.com
3. Choose either can’t access account or forgot password.
4. Enter requested info and follow prompts until you get a question about whether you know your password or not. Select the option that indicates you know your password.
5. From there verify your account.
Your account is now unlocked!
