(Alternate method: From Outlook Calendar click "New Skype Meeting". Invite attendee's as you would for any meeting.)
Adding External Contacts:
- Open "Skype for Business", not Skype (which is personal edition). Skype for Business should be installed if you have the most recent version of Office installed.
- Sign in to Skype for Business on the Desktop. Click on Meet Now in the drop down menu, next to gear icon.
- Select Use Skype for Business on Join Meeting Audio and click OK.
- Click ... (in lower right corner of skype as seen below) and select Meeting Entry Info.
- Copy the link and send it to the desired contact.

Note: Skype for Business on Mac runs on OS X El Capitan or later versions.
Note2: if the recipient is using an iphone (probably any phone) they have to allow access to the camera in the privacy settings (or app permissions).
