Password requirements:
Cant be one of your 5 previous passwords, need capital letter, lowercase, number and special character, 10 characters minimum.
You need to be connected to the internet.
Press CTR, ALT, DEL at the same time.
Click “change password”
Enter old/current password and a new password in appropriate fields. Click ok.
Should see a prompt that the change was successful
Press windows key (looks like flag) and “L” at same time to lock the system then log back in with new password.
Note: When changing your password do not forget you will need to update your credentials on any device(s) (e.g. phones, etc.) that access UPrep network resources/services (e.g. email, etc.)
